bug in the database writer

hello,

ive had months of databases crashes and been banging my head agasted a brick wall trying to find out what is causing it.

i have finally nailed it and the problem seems to lay in the reports from the map menu option.

when reports are enabled the database crashes after a few days so im guessing if you get too many people using the reports feature then it will crash.
when the reports are switched off the database no longer crashes so far its been over a month since the last crash (longest time so far).

would is be fixable? as the many people find the reports feature really useful?
